Best practices with application training
At WeCPM, we conduct Project, Program, and Portfolio management services. WeCPM serves the project management community by providing training and implementation.
Training is provided at our offices on monthly basis for Oracle Primavera programs, namely, Primavera Project Planner Professional (P6) Client and Web versions, and Primavera Contractor, formerly Expedition.
Also, we can provide customized on-site training for clients who wish to conduct the session at their own facilities.
Implementation is provided in one of two ways, both having the same outcome, and in either case the tools used to manage the data are the Oracle Primavera products.
- Case number 1. The client has all the data elements needed to build the project management database, resulting in rapid startup, agreed upon planning, and deployment.
- Case number 2. The client has had a decentralized project management practice.
WeCPM will collect this information and provide the solution as means to prepare the Project Management Database
and all reporting requierment.
